By accessing and using EnneaBook, a product of SIME Matrix ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

EnneaBook provides an offline-first bookkeeping and financial tracking application, available on mobile and web platforms. The Service includes double-entry bookkeeping, cash flow analysis, syncing capabilities, and related financial tools.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain all ownership rights to the financial data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us the right to store and sync this data across your authorized devices to provide the intended functionality.
